Meet Our Exceptional Management Team🌟
At Castlethorpe, we are proud to have a team that is as dedicated as they are skilled. Pictured here are our Floor Manager (left) and Registered Manager (right), both of whom bring over 25 years of experience in the care industry. Their leadership and commitment to providing outstanding care ensure our residents receive the highest level of support. They also prioritise continuous training, ensuring our team members are always equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional care, while consistently meeting Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
In addition to our management team, we’re fortunate to have seven incredible staff members pictured here, who go above and beyond every day to support our residents—no matter the time or day. Their dedication and compassion make a real difference in the lives of our residents, and we are so proud to have them as part of our Castlethorpe family.
